Trizact finish discs

Trizact abrasive discs are composed of pyramidal structures containing several layers of abrasive mineral to ensure their performance, these discs are used in water.

As we wear the disc, new abrasive grains are continuously exposed on the surface.
They offer superior and homogeneous finish quality, and radically reduce the polishing and lusting time.

Trizact discs must be humided before their use only with water for better performance. Flexibility is given by a construction on a single foam medium, allowing to apply perfectly regular and homogeneous pressure either with an orbital sander or during manual applications even on orange skin.

• Trizact P1000 de-icing and fitting discs are designed to facilitate surface preparation prior to application of varnish or noyed fitting techniques.
• The Trizact P3000 discs are designed to make it easier to rectify defects and to trim stripes during the finishing process. They are used after P1000 and before P6000.
• The Trizact 6000 fits perfectly in the finishing process for the treatment of large surfaces, allowing the polishing stage to be prepared effectively by an irreproachable crack at the end of the sanding.

In diameter 75 mm, it allows the coating of varnish fittings by limiting the risk of stalling.
These discs are slightly wet with an orbital or hand-held puncture with Hookit 150 mm or half-moon holds for hard access surfaces.

Available in diameter 150 mm and grain 1000, 3000 and 6000.
