ABRALON

Abralon - Sanding rounded surfaces, sharp angles and edges.
Abralon is a unique, multifunctional abrasive developed to attack both flat and contoured surfaces.

Its patented flexible structure allows it to sand regularly on surfaces and angular banks while reducing the risk of marks due to too much pressure.
Open cells trap water in the Abralon during sanding. Water is not released, reducing the amount of liquid used. Whatever the irregularities of the sanding part, this foam ensures a uniform surface pressure of the abrasive tissue. This prevents the abrasive from piercing the lace-up layer, especially on sharp corners and rounding.

Applications:

Abrasive ideal for sanding and support work, suitable for all surfaces: new or old laces, plastics, primers or polyester mastics.
The Abralon is used for the preparation of surfaces, either as a pre-painting or lasking treatment, for the removal of oxides, or to improve their visual appearance.
The Abralon is mainly used for wet sanding, but can also be used dry for higher-pressure sanding.
