VELCRO 3M TRIZACT DIAM 150 P6000 - 51130

Description

Trizact 6000 discs are made up of abrasives structured in tetrahedral pyramids or elongated with several layers of grain (advanced micro-replication technology). When the disk wears out, new grains appear on the surface, resulting in a perfectly homogeneous finish, increased productivity, and exceptional longevity. This disc can be used with an orbital machine, in wet conditions to ensure good lubrication of the surface and avoid premature fouling. The back of the hookit disc
allows a good grip on the trays.

The disc is available in diameters 150 mm (ref 3M 51130) and 75 mm (ref 3M 51131).
It differs from other Trizact discs thanks to its bluish color.

Application domain

150 mm diameter: The Trizact 6000 can be used as a pre-polishing disc, between the Trizact 3000 disc and the Perfect-it TM Fast Cut XL - 3M 51052 polishing liquid. This additional step in the process is very fast and saves a lot of time on the overall process since the polishing time is typically reduced by about half.

75 mm diameter: Combined with an orbital sander of the same diameter, this disc is recommended for the grinding of varnish fittings.

Used in wet conditions, it allows the rapid and effortless removal of the fogs possibly deposited during the fitting, thus avoiding the need for a long and dangerous polishing step on this fragile area.
