Trizact finishing discs
Trizact finishing abrasive discs are composed of pyramidal structures containing several layers of abrasive mineral to ensure their performance, these discs use water.

As the disc is worn, new abrasive grains are continuously exposed to the surface.
They offer superior and homogeneous finish quality, and drastically reduce polishing and polishing times.

Trizact discs should be wetted before use only with water for better performance. Flexibility is given by a construction on a single foam holder, allowing to apply a perfectly regular and homogeneous pressure whether with an orbital sander or when applying manually even on orange skin.

• Trizact P1000 depolishing and coupling discs are designed to facilitate surface preparation before varnish application or drowning techniques.
• The Trizact P3000 discs are designed to facilitate the correction of defects and the adjustment of scratches during the finishing process. They are used after the P1000 and before the P6000.
• The Trizact 6000 fits perfectly into the finishing process for the treatment of large surfaces, allowing to effectively prepare the polishing step by an irreproachable fi nition at the end of sanding.

In diameter 75 mm, it allows the recovery of varnish connections by limiting the risk of stalling.
These discs use slightly damp with an orbital sander or by hand with Hookit 150 mm or half-moon holds, for hard-to-reach surfaces.

Available in diam 75 mm and grain 1000, 3000 and 6000.
