Hendlex FS60 Ceramic Protection 9H Long Life

Hendlex FS60 is a long-lasting nano-ceramic protective coating designed for cars and motorcycles. This coating can be applied to painted and varnished surfaces, plastics or metals.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

Application temperature – + 10°C to + 25°C (recommended +20°C).

Packaging – 40 ml aluminium bottle. Packed under inert gas.

SURFACE PREPARATION

If the car is waxed, remove the wax with HENDLEX Wax Remover. Wash the car thoroughly and make sure there are no washing products (shampoos, dirt, solvents) left on the surface.

For best results, it is recommended to cover the polished surface of the car. After polishing, be sure to wash the car. It is recommended to remove the remaining water using the compressed air jet.

It is also recommended to clean the surface with HENDLEX Paint Prepare.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURES

The appropriate temperature for coating is +10 °C to +25 °C. It is recommended to cover the area by 1×1 m at a time. If the temperature is above +20 °C, cover the smallest area. Do not cover more than 1 m 2 with a canvas made of non-woven fibers. The surface must be polished in 60 seconds after covering as it hardens very quickly. If the surface comes into contact with water, clean it immediately and repeat the coating.

WARNING!

Recommended coating curing period:

if the temperature is above +22°C – 12 initial hours;
if the temperature is +20°C – initial 24 hours;
if the temperature is below +18°C – need to use IR lamps (+60°C – +80°C) for at least 1 hour.
Do not wash the car for 7 days. Depending on the ambient temperature, the coating cures completely in 7 days.
