Description

3M 33038 Perfect-It Polishing liquid 1 step purple cap, 500 gr

The finishing liquid 3M 33038 Perfect-it™ 1 step is a polishing treatment specially designed for the rectification of defects on modern 2K paints, or transparent layers that are difficult to polish in the automotive repair market. Allows you to rectify paint defects such as dust grains on retouched painted surfaces.
The Perfect-it™ 1-stage finishing liquid is designed for use with an electric or pneumatic polisher (600-1500 rpm) equipped with the appropriate polishing foam.

Get an ultra-gloss finish in one step.

These polishing liquids eliminate the need for traditional polishing and polishing products and allow for a high-gloss finish with minimal holograms. Providing both the cutting of a polishing product and the almost hologram-free finish of a polishing liquid, their water-based formula allows for a longer working time, without drying. In addition, they wipe easily, reducing cleaning time.

3M™ Perfect-It™ 1-step polishing liquid

Uses a high-quality abrasive mineral for quick finishing after sanding 3,000 and 8,000 grains.
Its low-odor water-based formula allows a long working time without drying.
Light purple in color, the product has excellent cleaning properties and wipes easily for a reduced cleaning time.

Instructions for use of 3M 33038

1) Preparation and sanding step.

Surfaces should be free of dust and dirt.
Sand the damaged area with a 3M™ Trizact™ 3000 - 8000 disc.
Perfect-it™ 1-step finishing liquid is a product that requires the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment. Refer to the safety data sheet and the corresponding glossy user manual.

2) Method of application

Shake the bottle well before use
Apply a small amount of product to the 3M polishing foam™
Place the foam on the area to be polished and start the machine
Apply the product by cross-passes
Wipe off any excess polish and inspect the surface
In the case of deep or stubborn scratches, the process will need to be repeated
