Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 1000 - 1 Litre

Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 1000 (HCC 1000) is a very efficient polish for automotive cleaning with excellent value for money.

Use:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly before polishing.
2. Shake the bottle before use and apply a small amount of the product to your pad (a drop the size of a hazelnut is enough for a surface of about 40 x 40 cm).
3. Use the Menzerna Heavy Cut pad in case of pronounced signs of use. If using a new or dry tampon, apply enough polish to prevent visible holograms from forming.
4. Use a rotating or orbital polisher and apply the cross-coating method.
Apply light pressure at the beginning of the polishing process. Remove the pressure in recent cycles and
increase the speed of the polishing machine by 10%.
5. If you are working on very dry coatings, spray a little water on the surface to prevent dust from forming.
6. At first, the polish will appear a little milky and should be applied until a slightly transparent/fat film is visible.
7. Once polished, remove all residue with a quality microfiber cloth like our Laser, without applying
no pressure.
8. All signs of sanding and use have now been removed. For an exceptionally shiny finish, now apply a Menzerna Medium Cut and a Menzerna Polish finish.
