VARNISH G4 1 Liter PRIMARY HANGING

Single-component polyurethane chemically cures after evaporation of unstabilized UV solvents. Its implementation is done with a brush, roller.
Color: translucent brownish.

Use of G4 Varnish:

Adhesion base (primary) on polyester or PU glass laminate, on wood, stone, concrete, steel, ABS.
Mouthporing or interior varnishing for: wood, concrete, rubbed cement fi n, anti-moisture insulation (wet walls).
Consumption: 250 ml/m² (depending on porosity)
When used on concrete, unlike the products used in general, the G4 offers a very strong adhesion on metal surfaces, although the metal has only a relative porosity

Important features of G4 Varnish:

The hardened G4 is physiologically neutral.
It is resistant to certain acids and solutions (recommended tests).
It is very resistant and very flexible (flexural strength about 50%).
It is resistant to more than 100°C.
Viscosity 220 ctp, i.e. very strong, so easy implementation.
Flash point 26°C (well aerated due to its solvent content).
It adheres to practically all solid supports, also on old paints and varnishes.
It adheres to all cement floors, whether porous or not.

Hanging laminate on wood, metal or concrete.
PRIMARY HANGING G4 allows a particularly solid attachment of fiberglass on wood, metal and concrete.
Used correctly, the quality of the hanging is such that in the event of sudden separation, the rupture takes place inside the layer or inside the coated material.

Brush or roll the G4 HANGING PRIMARY on wooden, metal or stone surfaces. Between 1/2 hour and 4 hours after this application, proceed to the covering with the resin-hardener mixture and the glass mat. THE G4 HANGING PRIMARY must be applied to wood completely free of varnish or to bare sheet sanded with sandpaper. After minimum 1/2 hour and maximum 4 hours, it can be covered with laminate, fiberglass - polyester and, after 6 hours at the earliest, with other paints.

G4 varnish can be applied in several layers within an interval of 12 hours without sanding.
