SADER® glue EPOXY RAPIDE.

Destination

SADER® epoxy glue RAPIDE is the glue for all those who want quick bonding (taken in 5 minutes) and ultra resistant over time.
This epoxy glue is used on all supports and materials: wood, metal, ceramic, glass, plastic, stone, faience, concrete, marble...

except polyethylene, polypropylene and Teflon®.

Advantage

• RAPIDE : 5 minutes after mixing.
• PURPOSE final resistance 130kg/cm2.
• EXTERNAL TEMPERATURES from -30°C to +70°C.
• HUMIDITY : is used inside and outside.
• HYDROCARBRES.

Implementation

The surfaces must be clean and de-raised before collage.

Use Seringue :

1 - Break the tip.
2 - Press the pusher to remove the 2 components in the included container.
3 - Mix with the spatula offered until a homogeneous mixture in color.
4 - Apply glue with spatula.
5 - Wipe the syringe tips and lick them with the cap in the middle of the pusher.

ATTENTION TO THE BON SENSES OF FERMETURE : respect the plastic excretions of the syringe and the tip.

Use of tubes :

1 - Perce the operculum of each tube using the reversed cap.
2 - Pour hardener and resin in equal parts in the container.
3 - Mix with the spatula offered until a homogeneous mixture in color.
4 - Apply glue with spatula.

Close the tube DURCISSEUR with the cap ROUGE.
Close the tube RESINE with the cap BLANC.

Maximal performance: after 2 hours.

THE MOST SADER:

Let dry glue residues on the spatula and the container.
Once hard you can easily remove and reuse accessories for your next collage!
