Pour 0.1 litre of pH Minus liquid/10 m3 to lower the pH by 0.2 units, directly into the basin in front of the back-up, filtration in operation. For highly limestone water, it may be necessary to double this dosage.

The pH balance is the key to success water treatment. Water is characterized by a pH usually between pH 7 and pH 8. Noted on one scale graduated from pH 0 to pH 14, the "hydrogen potential" pH, expresses the acidic or basic character.
