SKORPIO III is what every orbital sander operator needs, an extremely quiet tool that has enormous power and little vibration.

Skorpio III newly designed pneumatic is the quietest orbital sander in its class. In addition, it comes with a choice of orbit sizes to fit your particular application.

The body is covered with a non-slip rubber for better handling, the gas control is designed to support the operator's wrist during operation and perfectly matches the body of the tool to eliminate "pinch points", the internal balance of the results of the components in very low vibrations and the double bearings ensure greater life and smoother operation.

ORBIT OF 3 MM SKORPIO III - 3MM:

3mm orbit is designed for finishing applications that use a P320 degree and higher abrasives. The small orbit, combined with a high speed and appropriate abrasives, offers a high quality finish that is perfectly prepared for paints and other coatings.

ORBIT OF 6 MM SKORPIO III - 6MM:

After several years of on-site research, Rupes' research and development department has found that a 6mm orbit is ideal for creating the best combination of material removal/surface finish. The 6mm orbit is 20% more efficient than the traditional 5mm orbit and, when used with the abrasive degrees offered between P120 and P320, it generates the same high quality finish.

ORBIT OF 9 MM SKORPIO III - 9MM:

The tool with a 9mm orbit is designed primarily for cutting and material removal applications. The tool is aggressive, but lightweight and designed ergonomically. The proposed range of abrasives is between P60 and P120.

NEW MULTI-PERFORATION THIN SUPPORT SKATE.

The multi-perforation model combined with the 10 channels obtained on the side of the support plate provides an impressive flow of air that increases dust extraction during sanding both on horizontal and vertical surfaces. This ensures better cleaning of the work area and therefore better working conditions. Two of the lateral channels are directly connected to the central hole to dissipate heat during the rotation of the support pad. This new support skate model has been designed to achieve a low centre of gravity that provides better control and accuracy during all phases of the sanding process.
