Silicones Soloplast Rubber - 1 KG

Description

It is a rubber with two-component silicones of medium viscosity, reticulating at room temperature, very resistant and very elastic. This makes it easy to unmould and make moulds of better longevity, even when they have significant counter-strips.

These properties make it possible to mould in one piece, where a two-part mould was previously required. The SICOVOSS RF Soft/Caouchouc Silicones is distinguished by its low Shore A hardener (about 12), as well as by its exceptional elongation capacity and elasticity.

APPLICATION AREA
The SICOVOSS RF Soft/Caouchouc with Silicones is designed to make elastic moulds for the work of various liquid materials (e.g. polyester resin, Zellan, plaster, concrete, wax and low-melting metal alloys.
Making one-piece moulds for statuettes without a trace of fitting, interior or exterior decoration objects, models.
Mussels for mass production.

IMPLEMENTATION
We get the hardening by adding 5% catalysing.
Put the object in a moulding box to contain the rubber when casting. It is possible to brush the first layer without including air bubbles. The filling is then done by castings.
The thickness of the walls will be about 10 mm.
