Instructions for use

1. Insert the Easy Buff repair pad rod into the drill holder. Apply a small amount of PlastX to the renovation buffer. Place the pad flat on the surface to be renovated and hold it firmly. When the drill is running, make a back and forth motion by crossing the passages while holding the pad flat to avoid splashing.
2. Wipe the residue with a microfibre cloth. Repeat the operation until the desired clarity is obtained.
   VITESS OF THE PERCEUSE : High speed brings a better result in renovation and polishing but increases the difficulty of keeping the pad flat on the surface. It is advisable to alter the speeds of your drill according to the condition of the surface to be renovated. If defects persist, proceed to steps 3 to 7.

Mode of Use : Sanding and Finishing Discs

COUNCIL : Protect adjacent parts of the lighthouse with masking film. The discs are numbered on each side from 1 to 4.

1. Soak the discs in a glass of water for a minute.
2. Lightly moisten the optics by spraying water. Apply disc 1 (grain 1800) to the headlight and sand the surface with horizontal movements.
   Council : Regularly moisten discs and optics to extend the life of the discs.
3. As soon as an opaque veil appears on the entire lighthouse, apply disc 2 (grain 2400) with vertical passages.
4. Then apply disc 3 (grain 3200) by exercising horizontal passages followed by disc 4 (grain 4000) by exercising vertical passages.
5. Wipe the headlight with a microfibre cloth and then apply PlastX using the Easy Buff pad to get a perfect finish (steps 1 & 2).

NOTE : The Kit only renovates the outer surface of the optics. Spots, oxidation or traces of moisture inside the optics cannot be removed. Easy Buff pad is hand washable with detergent (savon, laundry...)
