SADIRA 4031 is a liquid chemical specifically developed to break the ionic bonds of marine salt crystals. Unlike a simple water washing that is content to superficially dilute deposits, this product integrally dissolves the accumulated gem salt on the internal and external walls. It acts both as a decontaminant of surface and as a corrosion inhibitor leaving after application a hydrophobic micro-barrier which delays the attachment of new salt crystals.

How to use this product for optimal result ?

The application varies according to the element to be treated:

1. For internal rinsing motors (outboard / in-edge)

1. Use a specific mixer connected to your garden hose and your rinse ears.
2. Fill the mixer tank with the pure product. The system automatically manages the dilution ratio (usually around 1 to 2%).
3. Start the engine and circulating the water until the product starts to foam out of exhaust (indicating that the solution has spread throughout the block).
4. Cut the engine and allow the product to act inside the circuit for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Perform a final rinsing with clear water for a few minutes.

2. For cleaning and spraying surface cleaning

1. Dilute the product in a pressure sprayer At 5% to 10% in fresh water (50 mL to 100 ml of product per liter of water).
2. Spray uniformly on the laden areas in salt (gelcoat, stainless steel, glazing).
3. Leave to act 5 to 10 minutes without driving the product in the sun.
4. Lightly rub the important accumulations with a soft wash brush or a microfiber washing glove.
5. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.

3. For soaking cleaning (small parts, diving materials or fishing)

1. In one washing bucket, prepare a diluted solution between 2% and 5% (20 ml to 50 ml per liter of fresh water).
2. IMMERGING OBJECTS FOR 15 TO 30 MINUTES.
3. Rinse with clear water and let it dry.

FAQ - Salt Salt Disposal

Is this product dangerous for engine rubber seals ?
No, the formulation of SADIRA 4031 is completely neutral with respect to polymers, rubbers, cylinder head joints, water pump turbines and plastics. It only dissolves salt and associated minerals without attacking the mechanical components.

Can we use it on a boat hull protected by a marine wax ?
The product used for recommended dilutions (2% to 5%) does not alter the quality protection waxes or marine ceramic coatings. It cleans the surface encrusted surface to give the hydrophobic and gloss to the existing coating.

Should the brand mixer for the engine be used ?
The automatic mixer of the mark greatly facilitates the continuous dosage, but it is quite possible to inject the diluted solution directly via a rinse or closed circuit with a submersible outer pump.
