Description
APS Pro FP75 is a high-quality Ø75mm professional Velcro tray suitable for Flex PXE80 cordless mini polishers and is suitable as a replacement tray.
The APS Pro FP75 support tray is a unique combination of stylish black PU on an aluminum core and has a convenient conical shape
The Velcro APS Pro FP75 plate has the advantage of precision manufacturing and the blending of selected materials. Unlike the original plastic flexible plate, the APS Pro FP75 works perfectly smoothly and is less sensitive to thermal effects.
The 4 to 6 mm thick sheath of the APS Pro FP75 support plate is made of flexible polyurethane and, thanks to its flexible nature, supports the best possible compensation for inclined positions as well as the maximum pressure distribution when using hard polishing discs or buffer sanding. The conical shape of the support plate allows an optimal top view and perfect control of guidance in critical border areas.
At the same time, the APS Pro FP75 eliminates one of the biggest problems with the original 75mm stand - its excessive base weight. Because 75 mm polishing sponges have a much higher weight than, for example, a 30 mm or 50 mm pad due to the greater amount of material. The Velcro APS Pro FP75 tray compensates for the high weight of the 75 mm tray with its optimal weight and minimizes vibration during polishing. This corresponds to an effective reduction of vibrations up to 33 % compared to flex's Ø75 mm support plate.
NOTE: Only eccentric operation is possible
