In addition to the BIGFOOT tool family in order to bridge the gap between the free-volume orbital polishers, the LK900 Mille provides operators, in search of a gear solution, power, ergonomics and capacity. With a wide range of new innovative features and a revolutionary time rotary movement, BIGFOOT Mille guarantees the elimination of defects, versatile and uniform performance in an ergonomic product designed to guarantee performance and comfort to the user.

STRENGTHENING:

 
The support plate follows an orbit (the range depends on the distance between the axis of rotation of the drive shaft and the centre axis of the rotor disc) and is simultaneously forced to rotate around its own central axis (usually due to the integration of a gear). The number of orbits at each disc rotation remains constant and depends on the parameters of the gear used. The double-acting gear movement is more aggressive on surfaces depending on the random double-action orbital movement and generally produces a higher vibration level.

HORARY ROTATION:

BIGFOOT Mille uses an electric motor specially designed and put at least internally by RUPES. The shape allows a rotary time movement that moves to increased levels of operator control and comfort. Competitive tools have an hourly movement that can increase the lateral movement involuntary and fatigue the operator.

9 ELECTRICAL CABLE METTER:

The new 9 m extra long industrial electric cable is designed to provide maximum power to the polisher to ensure efficient and safe operation. This longer cable saves time, steps and tricks because the user doesn’t need any extension to polish around the car.

ELECTRONIC COMMANDE FRAMEWORK:

A new speed control dial allows you to adjust speed for special applications. The dial has large numbers, a click that signals the speed change and it is easy to reach to make the adjustment during the polishing.

PROGRESSIVE DECLENCHER:

Ala Mille offers an additional control level with a progressive trigger. The trigger, which acts as a controller, allows the operator to control the speed in the range of the dial to obtain the exact desired speed and adjust it quickly as needed.

SUPPORT IN CAOUTCHOUC DOUBLE:

All aspects of the Mille were considered for its design, even when the tool is not used. Two rubber supports are on the machine’s body to keep it stable when placed on a table or wagon.
