3M 80349 EXTRA FINE LIQUID - yellow - 1 LITER

The extra fine polishing liquid 80349 has been developed especially for the new anti-scratch varnishes, to give both a great cutting power and an ultra-gloss finish.
This product can also be used on standard varnishes.
Used after trizact 50077 Polishing Liquid, it allows to restore very quickly an exceptional shine lasting over time.
It is recommended to use the 80349 with an electric or pneumatic chandelier, set to a medium speed, equipped with a Perfect-it 60107 honeycomb orange foam. The use of an orbital machine with very high eccentricity is an option that avoids possible holograms on very sensitive shades.

Method of application
1. Shake the can of liquid to be polished well before use.
2. Apply a small amount of extrafine polishing liquid to the 3M 50488 foam or directly to the surface. On larger areas, apply enough product to cover a square of 50cm x50cm.
3. Spread the product evenly with foam before starting the machine to avoid splashing
4. Start the machine (average speed) and maintain a light pressure avoiding to stay in the same place so as not to cause the varnish to heat up.
5. Polish until the liquid begins to dry, then reduce the pressure applied to the machine by slightly increasing the rotational speed.
6. Clean the worked surface with microfiber fabric.
7. Repeat the operation on the rest of the panel of the area to be polished.
8. At the end of the process, the surface can be protected with the ultimate protective liquid – red cap – Perfect-it 09377.
9. Clean the foam(s) with water and let it dry for later reuse
