The two LEDs on top of the polishing machine indicate the correct pressure range during the polishing process. If the green LED bulb lights up, the pressure is sufficient, the red LED bulb lights up, the surface pressure must be reduced.

Coal brooms

The pre-assembled charcoal brooms (1 pair) in the machine have an average lifespan of about 350 hours of pure life.
This corresponds to the preparation of about 50 vehicles.
Proper handling and use of the machine during the polishing process is a prerequisite here, as the lifespan of the charcoal brooms can otherwise vary considerably.
Note: The machine is always delivered with replacement coal brooms as standard, so 2 pairs of coal brooms are included in the delivery.
