Epoxy Cold Weld Universal Repairer

Description:

Epoxy Cold Weld is a universal repairer and a two-component glue, without solvent, and consists of 2 hardener tubes and 1 tube of epoxy resin mixed with metal powder.

After mixing the two components, you get a putty that applies to the repair area.

It gives exceptional results in terms of adhesive ownership, hardness, resistance to pressure and has only a small withdrawal.

It lends itself to bonding, sness and filling and allows repairs to be carried out without tension or cracks.

After hardening, it is fashioned like metal by image, milling, filming or tapping.

APPLICATION AREA:

- Cold Welding is used to equalize, butcher and strengthen. It can be machined, pierced and tapped.

- Repair of bodies, sheet metal, metal parts, casings, oil or gas tanks, repairs of threads and drilling, gluing tubes and plates.

- Assembling identical and different materials such as aluminum, wood, iron, fibrociment, etc.

- Filling holes, cracks; removal cavities, on all metals, cast iron parts, wood, fibrociment, ceramics, concrete, etc.

- Waterproofing and insulation for durable repairs which, due to the risk of explosion, cannot be welded.

Cold Welding is resistant to many weakly aggressive chemical liquids.

If the base component has hardened, dip it in a double boiler between 30 and 50 degrees Celsius or place it on a radiator to soften it before incorporating the hardener.
