3M 59016 Plastic Polish - 500ml

Description
The Plastic Polish 3M 59016 is a finishing liquid designed to restore clarity and transparency to polycarbonate surfaces during renovation operations.

Description and area of use
During renovations to polycarbonate surfaces, it is often necessary to sand leaving micro-scratches that should be softened with the Plastic Restorer 3M 59015. To restore the surface to its full clarity, it is necessary to carry out a finishing operation with the Plastic Polish 3M 59016.
This liquid is used with a yellow finish foam 3M 50536 mounted on a rotating chandelier (about 2000 rpm).

Application method
1. This product comes at the end of the restoration process, after the abrasion and polishing stages with the Plastic Restorer 3M 59015 (see the technical sheet of the Plastic Restorer 3M 59015).
2. Equip the 75 mm diameter chandelier with a clean, dry 50536 yellow foam (and tray 3M 02700).
3. Shake the plastic Polish 59016 vial before use.
4. Place a little liquid on the surface or on the foam.
5. Polish (speed about 2000 rpm, light pressure), until any polishing marks have disappeared.
6. Wipe off any excess with the 3M 50400 microfiber cloth.
7. Rinse foams with clear water, allow to dry and store free from contamination for future use.
